Details:
Nationwide rollout of 658 sites over a period of 5
weeks for a large hospitality chain. Our project management
team specializes in creating face paced schedules that
encompass our customer’s date deadlines and budget
restrictions. Once the schedule has been created and
approved, we then created a detailed install script to
distribute to our field technicians all over the country.
Our techs ran Cat5e Plenum cables from the properties’
telecommunications closet to the front desk/reception area.
We then installed a network time clock at the newly
placed network drop. After installing cabling and equipment,
our technicians installed Panduit wire molding and took high
resolution photos of each install. These install photos were
submitted daily to the customer and approved prior to
considering the job complete.
Customer satisfaction
led to new contracts and a long standing relationship
between Deployment Solutions and our customer. Since this
project, we have completed over 70 router installs for the
customer and currently complete break fix work orders across
the United States.
