Details: Deployment Solutions provides onsite technical support nationwide for a well known Internet Service Provider (ISP). We receive work orders daily for over 75 different properties in the US. With a dedicated project manager and local techs all over the US, we are often able to schedule and complete work orders in less than 24hrs of receiving the initial request. In addition to completing break fix work orders, we also perform equipment installs and detailed site surveys at our customer’s properties. We have completely set up over 5 brand new properties from the construction phase by installing all equipment in the Main Distribution Facility (MDF) room and installing all racks/equipment in the Intermediate Distribution Facility (IDF) rooms. Our technicians work to resolve issues in all aspects of computer networking, from diagnosing complex MDF equipment problems to working with end-users to resolve connectivity issues.
