Details:
Deployment Solutions provided a long-term nationwide
hospitality provider with excellent service on a site
conversion and software upgrade project at over 900
locations throughout the U.S. The customer provided a site
list with definitive start and finish dates while we put the
schedule together within the required dates and were able to
meet budget requirements.
The project management team performed site surveys at
pilot sites and put together a detailed install script for
technicians to follow throughout the rollout.
Technicians reimaged all of the customer’s existing
equipment with ghost images provided and replaced faulty and
outdated equipment as requested.
Installers ran new cabling as needed and were able to
meet the customers every need while onsite.
Project was completed successfully without going over
budget constraints and before required finish date.
