Project Scope: Break Fix, site conversion, new construction, structured wiring, POS system configuration and installation, T1 circuit extensions and router installs.


Details: Our project management team worked with several different groups within a nationwide wireless service retail provider to help them maintain a steady pace of growth in an aggressive marketplace.  The project management and design teams created a detailed install script with specific cabling design to accommodate the retailers need as well as future expansion.  Over 300 sites were converted from franchise owned dealers to corporate owned stores; old equipment was decommissioned and sent back while new equipment was configured and installed.  Voice and data wiring was designed and ran in new construction projects as well as refurbished locations.  Cabling was run, terminated, tested and certified per customer specifications and Technicians installed phone and alarm systems.  Point-of-Sale systems were installed at all locations meeting an aggressive schedule baseline required by the customer.  Installing technicians not only installed the equipment, but configured it per specific location and made sure it was tested and fully operational before departure.  Over 1000 new store installs completed all under budget and within the required time schedule; Voice & data wiring, POS installation, and network configuration.  We also installed network printers at over 800 existing locations which required data cabling and printer configuration/repair.  Any time a sales terminal. Phone line, internet connection (or anything else IT related) went wrong we were dispatched and were able to provide a 24hr or less response time to fix the issue at hand.  The customer was able to provide circuit ID’s and locations and we extended the circuits to their respective suite, tested for functionality and installed/configured their router and switches.  Installs were completed nationally without any issues.
