Details:
Completed a nationwide rollout for a large hospitality
chain. The rollout consisted of installing equipment at 620
different properties nationwide over a period of 10
consecutive weeks. Our project management team composed a
fast paced schedule that met our customer’s time and budget
demands. Deployment Solutions also provided the customer
with an additional project manager to work at their
corporate office to coordinate the corporate help desk team
with our installation team.
We then created a detailed install script and
distributed it to our technicians nationwide. Our
technicians installed and programmed equipment that allows
the hotel’s interfaces such as PBX/Voicemail systems and
Video systems to communicate with the software used on the
POS systems. Working closely with our customer on each
install, we completed the rollout without missing a single
install date and without leaving any installs incomplete.
The in-depth planning and attention to detail greatly
pleased our customer and resulted in additional contracts
and a long lasting relationship between the customer and
Deployment Solutions.
