Details:
Deployment Solutions has worked hand in hand with a
multi-national optical retailer since 2003 on a
progressively elaborating life-cycle project.
We have provided a dedicated project manager to the
customer to give a single point of contact for all project
needs ranging from Break Fix work, structured wiring,
Point-of-Sale system installation and configuration, T1 and
DSL circuit extensions in large mall and stand-alone
environments and configurations of Cisco routers and DSL
modems. A
detailed script was written and has been constantly updated
as the project deliverables evolve.
We have shown our ability to quickly adapt to changes
and create efficient and effective solutions to issues that
arise. Work has
been completed for not only the customer’s main brand, but
licensed brands and acquisitions as well.
Work completed in the US as well as Canada and Puerto
Rico.
