Deployment Solutions clients are assigned one point of contact for national coverage. Previously, customers tried to work with regional vendors and had to make several calls to cover the country. With our system, we receive one call and can dispatch anywhere in the continental United States.
Deployment
Solutions LLC started out of
necessity for its owners and
their clients. Both Martin Keith
and Jennifer Shaffer had worked
for a company that unexpectedly
went out of business in March
2002. With clients in the middle
of national technical
infrastructure roll-outs, each
started consulting to particular
retailer clients and drawing
from the same source of
unemployed technicians for the
field work.Thinking that other companies must also need national field techs from a single source, Martin and Jennifer created Deployment Solutions LLC with one major customer prepared to sign on. From that cabling beginning, that particular customer learned that our multi-talented field force, previously trained in PC rental setups and networking, were able to perform many tasks, like cabling for voice and data, demarcation extensions, POS installations, network printer installations, router set ups, etc. We became a national field force for a large retailer performing all their field services work.

Having a true nationwide footprint allows us to cover the entire United States in support of your projects. Our talented and expert field technicians give us the advantage in supporting nationwide roll-outs, upgrades and on-call service repairs. Don't be fooled by others who say they have coverage, ask our clients and see for yourself. We cover all of the United States and Puerto Rico. We have also completed work internationally in Canada and Mexico for our US customers.
